Beyond the ordinary

The C.E.O. Initiative was born out of a personal journey of searching, questioning, and growing into clarity. There was a season marked by frustration not simply from not knowing who I was, but from sensing there was more to understand about identity, purpose, and calling than I had yet grasped.

Along that journey, I encountered many others facing the same struggle: capable, gifted individuals navigating life without clear identity or direction. Seeing this pattern across a generation stirred a deeper conviction: that many are called, yet unsure of who they are and where they are heading.

From that awareness, a vision began to form a commitment to help restore clarity of identity, strengthen purpose, and equip leaders to influence their world responsibly. This became the foundation of The C.E.O. Initiative: The Called, The Elected, The Ordained.

Today, the initiative exists to raise leaders grounded in Kingdom identity, equipped with wisdom, and prepared to shape individuals, institutions, and nations with integrity and lasting impact.
